Upcoming Series:
Continue the Conversation with Jim Vowels

Jim Vowels is continuing the conversation across Senate District 29 with a series of community meet-and-greets designed to listen, learn, and connect. These informal gatherings are an opportunity for neighbors to share their concerns, ask questions, and talk about the future of Butler, Chickasaw, Floyd, and Bremer counties.

On Saturday, January 31, 2026, Jim will be at the Greene Public Library from 10–11 a.m., followed by a midday stop at Rancho Viejo in New Hampton from 12–1 p.m. The following week, on Saturday, February 7, 2026, he’ll visit the Sumner Public Library from 10–11 a.m., then head to the Northeast Iowa Welcome Center in Nashua from 12–1 p.m.

The final event in this series takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, with a morning conversation at the Denver Legion Hall from 10–11 a.m., and an afternoon gathering at the Parkersburg Civic Center from 1–2 p.m.

These events are open to the public, and no RSVP is required. Jim believes the best ideas come from listening to the people he hopes to represent, and he looks forward to hearing directly from you. Whether you can stay for five minutes or the full hour, your voice matters.
